The international environmental think tank “Germanwatch” releases the Global Climate Risk Index. The report is published annually. The Index analyses the extent to which the countries and regions have been affected by impacts of weather-related loss events (floods, storms, heatwaves, etc.). It analyses in terms of fatalities and direct economic losses.
